Description

Devotion, distilled into sterling silver and worn close to the heart. The trishul has been cast and finished in sterling silver, its three prongs rising with clean, classical authority from a tapering shaft. From the base of the shaft, a miniature damru hangs on a fine loop, its double-drum silhouette echoing the rhythm of Shaivite iconography that has informed Indian devotional jewellery for centuries. This pairing of trishul and damru is deeply rooted in the visual language of temple silver work, particularly as practised by craftsmen across Rajasthan and the silver-smithing traditions of South India, where sacred motifs are rendered with both liturgical precision and a certain tenderness. The piece measures approximately 3.8 centimetres in height by 1.4 centimetres in width, and weighs a spare 3.13 grams, giving it a presence that reads clearly without burdening the neckline. The sterling silver carries a bright, polished finish that catches light without ostentation. Wear it on a fine rolo chain against a cream or ivory kurta for a devotional ease that suits a morning puja or a festival gathering. Equally, it reads with quiet conviction against a silk shirt or a simple cotton dress, where its sacred geometry becomes a personal statement rather than a ceremonial one. Because it is free size and light enough for daily wear, the pendant moves comfortably through every hour of the day. The sterling silver construction ensures durability, and the polished surface is straightforward to clean and maintain over time.
