Each piece is handcrafted by karigars we work with directly across India, using heritage techniques such as Kundan setting, Polki, Meenakari enamelling, and temple casting passed down through generations. Small irregularities are the signature of hand-work, not a defect.
Many of our rings and chains can be resized free of charge. For bangles and bracelets, please check the dimensions on each product page, if you need a different fit, write to us at showroom.sj@exoticindia.com with your order number.
Put jewellery on last and take it off first. Keep away from perfume, water, and sweat. Wipe with the soft dry cloth we include after wear and store in the cotton pouch. We offer complimentary lifetime cleaning, ship it back whenever it needs a polish.
All gold and silver pieces are independently checked where mandated. The quality check stamp sits on the clasp or inner band. Brass and alloy pieces carry our in-house certificate confirming the composition.
Orders are hand-packed within 24 hours and reach you in 4–7 working days in India, 7–12 working days internationally. Shipping is free, insured, door-to-door via DHL / FedEx.
We accept hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn, in original packaging, with all tags intact. Pierced jewellery is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Every order ships in our signature cotton pouch inside a hand-tied box, gift-ready by default. For a personal note, add it at checkout and we will hand-letter it onto the enclosed card.
Yes. Every parcel is fully insured door-to-door, signature required on delivery, with live tracking shared the moment it leaves our studio.
