Description

There are prayers that settle into silver and stay there. This pendant bears Lord Shiva in his Panchmukhi form, the five-faced aspect that embodies his sovereignty over the five elements and the five directions. Cast in sterling silver, the figure is rendered with devotional clarity: each face distinct, the third eye present, the whole composition contained within a frame that measures 1.35 inches (approximately 3.4 cm) in height and 0.7 inches (approximately 1.8 cm) in width. At the centre sits a genuine certified Panchmukhi Rudraksha, its five natural facets aligned with the deity it adorns, held in a silver bezel that lets the bead breathe and be seen. The silver carries a warm oxidised finish that deepens the carved relief, a technique long practised by silversmiths across Rajasthan and Bengal who understand that shadow is as important as light in devotional jewellery. Weighing 11.1 grams, the pendant has real presence without heaviness. Wear it on a fine silver chain against a white cotton kurta for daily puja mornings, or on a longer rudraksha mala strand layered beneath a handwoven silk dupatta for Shravan observances and temple visits. The free-size bail fits chains and cords of standard width without adjustment. The oxidised sterling silver resists tarnish well with minimal care, and the certified rudraksha is a guarantor of authenticity that makes this piece as meaningful to gift as it is to wear.
