Description

There is a quiet geometry to devotion, and this ring holds it in your hand. The mandala here is not borrowed decoration but a considered architectural choice: concentric petals radiating outward from a central Kundan-set stone, each one locked into place by the traditional foil-backed setting that Jaipur's karigar workshops have refined over centuries. Kundan work binds pure gold foil around uncut or polished stones, creating a mosaic that catches light from every angle without a single prong in sight. Here, that technique is rendered in brass, making the craft accessible without diminishing its visual authority. The ring face measures one inch in height by one-point-one inches in width (approximately 2.5 cm by 2.8 cm), and the piece weighs a reassuring nine grams, substantial enough to feel intentional on the finger. Wear it over a raw-silk kurta at a mehendi afternoon, where its floral symmetry will read as something borrowed from a grandmother's trousseau. It is equally at ease paired with a white cotton mulmul dress, where the Kundan face becomes the single deliberate accent. The adjustable shank means most finger sizes are accommodated without resizing, and the brass base develops a warm, lived-in tone over time rather than the cold brightness of plated alloys. At Rs 2,795, it invites daily devotion.
