Description

A garden caught mid-bloom, translated into brass and light. The halo silhouette is a classic of Indian costume jewellery tradition, where a central stone is ringed by a crown of smaller brilliants to mimic the radiating petals of a stylised flower. Here, that tradition is rendered in polished brass set with American diamonds, the faceted cubic zirconia simulants that have long served Indian craftspeople as an accessible stand-in for the fire of white diamonds. The central stone sits elevated at the heart of the bloom, while the surrounding halo of uniform stones creates a unified, luminous cluster measuring approximately 3 cm in height and 2.9 cm in width. At ten grams, the ring carries a pleasing weight on the hand without strain. The adjustable shank, a practical feature inherited from generations of bazaar jewellery making, ensures the piece sits securely across a range of finger sizes.
