Description

A small bloom holds a quiet secret at its centre. Sterling silver is pressed and shaped into a compact floral silhouette, each petal articulated with the kind of deliberate line-work that recalls the silversmithing traditions of Bengal and Rajasthan, where the metal is treated not as a setting but as a subject in its own right. At the heart of the flower sits a single pink stone, set flush and centred, its blush tone warm against the cool, lightly polished silver ground. The brooch measures just two centimetres in height by roughly one and a half centimetres in width (0.8 by 0.6 inches), and at four grams it carries almost no perceptible weight.
