Description

There is a particular joy in a flower that never wilts. This brass cocktail ring is built around a full-face floral bloom, its petals fanning outward to fill a face that measures approximately 2.8 cm tall by 3 cm wide. At the heart of the motif and along each petal, American diamonds are set in close formation, their faceted cuts drawing light inward and scattering it in fine, bright points. The stone at centre anchors the composition with a degree of depth that flat pieces rarely achieve. Brass forms the foundation, its warm undertone lending the ring a certain solidity; at 10 grams, it sits with pleasant presence on the hand without feeling overwrought. The setting belongs to the spirit of costume jewellery traditions that flourished in Rajasthani bazaars and Mumbai ateliers alike, where affordable metals were treated with the same earnestness as precious ones.
