Description

A garden caught mid-bloom, rendered in silver and light. The ring takes the shape of a fully opened flower, its petals radiating outward from a cluster of faceted tourmalines in the mixed, shifting palette that makes this stone so arresting: soft pinks dissolving into watermelon greens, pale lilacs edging toward coral. Each tourmaline has been individually set within a sterling silver mount, its facets cut to draw in light from every angle, so the bloom appears to change colour as the hand moves. The silhouette rises to a height of twenty-two millimetres, which gives it the commanding presence of a cocktail ring without the weight that so often accompanies one. At six point eight five grams, the piece sits with surprising lightness on the finger. Sterling silver, worked into petal forms with clean edges and a polished finish, holds the stones in a closed collet-style setting that protects each gem. Wear this to a summer wedding reception alongside a blush organza saree and unadorned ears, letting the ring speak alone. It pairs equally well with a crisp ivory kurta and raw silk trousers at an afternoon gathering, where its colours read as quietly joyful rather than festive. Available in sizes seven and eight, the ring accommodates both slender and medium finger widths with ease. Sterling silver is durable enough for regular wear and responds well to gentle polishing with a soft cloth, keeping the bloom as vivid as the day it arrived.
