Description

There are stones that do not merely catch light; they argue with it. Mystic topaz earns its name honestly. Treated through a fine-vapour deposition process that lays a gossamer film of titanium oxide across the crown facets, the stone shifts from violet to teal to gold as the wearer moves, never resolving into a single colour. Here it is cut into a generous faceted form and set in sterling silver, its broad table held by slim prongs that allow the maximum play of light through the pavilion. The band rises to a stated height of nineteen millimetres, giving the ring a confident presence without tipping into costume excess. At seven grams, the piece sits with quiet substance on the finger. The silver is left with a clean, lightly polished finish that lets the iridescent stone remain the uncontested subject. Size eight is the offered fit. Worn with a silk chanderi kurta in ivory or dove grey, the ring's spectral colour-shift reads as quietly otherworldly. For a western wardrobe, it pairs just as well with a fine-knit roll-neck and a single stacked bangle, asking for nothing more. At nineteen millimetres in height, the silhouette sits comfortably within the width of the hand, making it suitable for daily wear. Sterling silver is well-suited to sensitive skin and accepts occasional polishing with a soft cloth. The prong setting is secure without being heavy, and the ring requires no special storage beyond keeping it away from harsh chemicals.
