Description

There are flowers that bloom once a season, and there are flowers fixed forever in glass and gilt. This cocktail ring carries a generous floral bloom at its centre, each petal outlined and filled in the Kundan manner: fine foil-set stones pressed into a bed of lac, their edges sealed with refined metal so that colour and light become inseparable. The craft belongs to a tradition perfected in the ateliers of Jaipur and Bikaner, where karigars have long known how to give brass a warmth that flatters the hand without the weight of precious metal. Here, that warmth serves three distinct personalities: a burnt orange for the woman who wears her boldness openly, a sea green that carries the quiet intelligence of a Mughal garden, and a white that reads as ceremony at any hour. The ring measures 1.30 inches (approximately 3.3 cm) in height and 1.80 inches (approximately 4.6 cm) across its face, a presence that fills the finger with intention. It weighs 21 grams, substantial enough to feel considered. Wear the orange stone with an ivory chanderi kurta and raw silk palazzos for a festive afternoon; bring the sea green alongside a deep teal Banarasi sari to a winter wedding evening and let the two tones argue gently. An adjustable band means the ring accommodates most fingers without resizing. The brass base is finished to resist tarnish under everyday handling, and the lac-set stones hold their position securely with careful wear.
