Description

There are prayers that one carries close to the heart, and then there are prayers one carries at the throat. This pendant renders Chaturbhuja Ganesha, the four-armed remover of obstacles, seated in composed stillness upon a lotus in sterling silver. The silhouette is intimate: 1.1 inches tall and 0.55 inches wide (approximately 2.8 cm by 1.4 cm) in the Polish finish, and a touch more generous at 1.2 by 0.7 inches (roughly 3 cm by 1.8 cm) in the Vintage. Each of the four arms is rendered with quiet sculptural clarity, the lotus throne blooming beneath him in layered petals. The Polish finish reads as clean, contemporary devotional wear; the Vintage coaxes shadows into the recesses of the silverwork, lending the piece the warm, slightly oxidised character of a temple heirloom. At 7.2 grams, the silver has perceptible presence without heaviness. Worn on a fine silver chain, the Polish pendant sits beautifully over a cream silk kurta for a puja morning or a festive family gathering. The Vintage finish pairs with raw cotton or antique gold tones, anchoring a heritage-conscious everyday look. Free size in pendant terms means the bail accommodates both fine and medium chains comfortably. Sterling silver at this weight wears well daily; a soft cloth buff revives either finish between wears, keeping the deity's features crisp and the surface alive.
