Description

Four arms, one grace: Ganesha as he has always been held, complete and unhurried. Cast in brass and finished to a warm, antique-golden tone, this pendant renders Chaturbhuja Ganesha in his classical four-armed form, each hand holding a symbolic attribute in careful relief. The silhouette measures just under three centimetres tall (1.15 inches) and a little under two centimetres wide (0.75 inches), keeping the figure compact without sacrificing the devotional weight it carries. At 5.6 grams, the piece sits with quiet substance against the skin. The tradition it draws from is long: brass temple jewellery and devotional pendants have been cast and chased across workshops in Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu for generations, their imagery drawn from iconographic canons older than any single region can claim. The four-armed Ganesha, seated or standing, has appeared on amulets, temple pillars and family altars alike, and this pendant honours that continuity with honest craft and material. Wear it on a fine antique-gold chain over a silk kurta for a puja morning, letting the brass warm against the fabric's sheen. It reads equally well layered over a cotton sari blouse on a festival evening, the devotional motif becoming something quietly personal. The pendant is offered as a free size, meaning the chain length is left to the wearer's preference. The brass finish requires no special care beyond keeping it away from prolonged moisture, and it deepens beautifully with wear.
