There is a quietness to black onyx that silver seems to understand instinctively. This ring is wrought in sterling silver, a metal long favoured by artisans across Rajasthan and Bengal for its cool luminosity and its willingness to hold form without flourish. The stone at its centre is a deep, unbroken black onyx, set cleanly against the band so that the eye travels directly to its surface, finding there neither distraction nor ornament, only depth.
