Description

There is a quietness to black onyx that asks nothing of the room, yet holds every eye. Set in sterling silver, this pendant carries the deep, unbroken lustre of a hand-selected black onyx cabochon within a shaped bezel frame that defines the stone without overwhelming it. The silhouette measures 1.5 inches in height (approximately 3.8 cm) and 1.0 inch in width (approximately 2.5 cm), a proportion considered carefully for balance rather than spectacle. At 11 grams, the piece sits with pleasing substance against the chest.
