Description

There are bangles made to be worn, and then there are bangles made to be remembered. Crafted in brass and set with stones in a palette that spans vivid green, soft mint, warm pink and a jubilant multi-colour arrangement, this pair draws from the long tradition of stone-studded ornamental work that flourishes across Rajasthani and North Indian ateliers. The brass base, worked to a smooth, burnished finish, provides the warm undertone that costume jewellery in finer metals so rarely achieves with such directness. Each stone is seated in a closed, collet-style setting, holding colour flush against the bangle's surface in the manner of Jaipuri meenakari-influenced work, where hue is as deliberately chosen as form. Together they weigh a substantial 148 grams, a presence you feel at the wrist rather than merely see. For daywear, pair the green or mint colourway with a cotton chanderi kurta and kolhapuri sandals at a festive lunch. For evenings, the multi-colour variant sits beautifully against a silk tissue lehenga or a Banarasi saree at a mehendi or sangeet. The bangle slides on without a clasp, keeping the silhouette clean and uninterrupted at the wrist. At 148 grams the set carries gentle weight without fatigue over an afternoon's wear. Brass wears gracefully with minimal care; a soft dry cloth after wearing preserves the burnished surface. Offered across green, mint, pink and multi finishes.
