Description

A garden caught mid-bloom, pressed flat into brass and set with light. Each bangle in this pair opens at a discreet hinge, allowing the broad cuff to settle cleanly around the wrist without ceremony. The surface is a conversation between two great Rajasthani crafts: Kundan setting, where foil-backed stones are pressed into raised bezels of polished metal, and Meenakari, the art of firing vitreous enamel into recessed channels to produce colour that does not fade with the decades. The floral motifs repeat with the quiet confidence of a block-printed border, each petal outlined in Kundan and filled with enamel in the hues shown. Ringing the outer edge, a border of small pearls adds the softness that raw brass and gemstone alone cannot provide. The base metal is brass, shaped and finished in the tradition that Jaipur's karigar quarters have practised across generations. Pair one bangle with a tissue silk kurta and a single choker for a festive lunch that asks for restraint with intention. For a wedding evening, wear both bangles together against a raw silk blouse in ivory or deep rust, letting the pearl border carry its own quiet ceremony. Available in sizes 2.4 and 2.6, the openable clasp removes the guesswork of slipping a rigid bangle over the hand. The hinge closes flush, leaving no gap against the skin. Priced at Rs 4,495, each bangle is sold singly, allowing you to build a considered stack at your own pace.
