Description

There are bridal sets that adorn a woman, and there are those that narrate her entirely. This six-piece parure draws on the vocabulary of Rajasthani Polki tradition, rendered here in zinc alloy with an antique-gold finish that gives the uncut-stone settings their characteristic depth. Flat, foil-backed Polki stones sit in open bezels across every component: the wide choker (measuring approximately 10.9 cm long and 19.6 cm wide, worn with an adjustable dori), the long necklace falling to 55.9 cm with a pendant of roughly 10.2 cm, the Nath spanning 4.3 cm in diameter, the Haath Phool tracing 15.2 cm across the hand, the tassel earrings at 12.7 cm, and the Matha Patti spreading a grand 27.9 cm across the forehead. Pearl drops hang at each terminal point, their cool luminescence balancing the warm, burnished stonework. The full set weighs 543 g, a presence the wearer will feel and remember. Wear this complete as a bridal ensemble over a heavily embroidered raw-silk lehenga in ivory or deep red; or break the set apart for a pre-wedding ceremony, pairing the Nath and Matha Patti with a simpler Banarasi silk saree to let each piece speak clearly. The adjustable dori closure on the choker accommodates most necklines without alteration. Each component is free-size in construction. The zinc alloy base keeps the weight distributed evenly, making the full set manageable across long ceremonial hours.
