Description

This Kundan choker set belongs to the tradition of north Indian bridal jewellery that has long made Jaipur its spiritual home: foiled stone-setting laid into brass with the precision and patience that Kundan work demands. Each teardrop stone is secured within raised gold-toned bezels, the foil beneath it catching light with the slow, considered glow that distinguishes Kundan from any imitation. The choker spans a generous 19 centimetres in width and fastens at the back with an adjustable dori, accommodating most necklines without alteration. The matching earrings, 6.1 centimetres tall and 3 centimetres wide, carry the same teardrop silhouette downward, while the maang tikka, 16 centimetres in length, draws a single jewelled line from the centre parting to the forehead. The set is available in two colours, green and pink, each using stones chosen to anchor an entirely different bridal palette. The total weight of 203 grams is distributed across three pieces, so no single element feels excessive. For a deep red or ivory silk lehenga, choose the green colourway; it reads as classically Rajasthani and photographs with great depth.
