Description

There is a particular kind of confidence that comes from wearing colour close to the throat. This necklace set speaks in the language of Indian festive jewellery, where faceted stones in vivid hues are clustered into layered, architectural arrangements and set into polished metal that catches light from every angle. The silhouette is bold and frontal, the pendant panel dropping to approximately six inches (roughly fifteen centimetres) in full height, with matching earrings completing the parure. At just over one hundred grams, the piece has a satisfying substantiality without the rigidity of solid precious metal. The stones are set in close formation, their colour doing the work that gold reserve might do in finer Kundan or Jadau work, creating visual density through chromatic contrast rather than through gem rarity. This is the tradition of fashion jewellery that has long run parallel to the heritage bridal circuit, dressing the middle registers of celebration with equal seriousness. Wear it with a silk chanderi kurta in ivory or champagne to let the stones lead. It works equally well over a formal saree blouse at an evening mehendi, where layered colour is entirely expected. The piece is offered in a single free size, sized to sit comfortably at the collarbone and upper chest across most necklines. The metal finish is smooth and consistent. At this weight, it drapes rather than pulls, making it practical for an extended festive evening without discomfort.
