There is something quietly festive about a garden caught in full bloom. This floral cluster necklace set draws on the visual language of the North Indian bridal bazaar, where brass forms the backbone of affordable ceremonial jewellery and American diamonds stand in for the icy shimmer of Polki without its weight of price. Each flower head is built as a tight cluster, petals of foiled glass stones pressed close together so the surface catches light in several directions at once. The colour story runs across three distinct temperaments: a cool, watery blue; a lush, saturated green; and a deep, festive red, each shade shifting the mood of the entire set. Matching drop earrings and a 3.10-inch (7.87 cm) maang tikka complete the parure, tying the forehead, ears and throat into a single, considered composition.
