Description

There are earrings that hold a garden still. These stone-studded brass earrings draw from the jewellery vocabularies of Rajasthan, where skilled karigars have long coaxed colour from metal with the same patience one brings to miniature painting. The brass base, worked and finished to a warm, burnished tone, carries a close-set arrangement of stones in two available colours: a deep forest green and a rich, saturated red. Both palettes echo the Meenakari tradition's love of jewel-like contrast, where colour is not accent but argument. The setting is precise without being mechanical, each stone held in a manner that catches light at low angles, giving the earrings a quiet luminosity rather than an outright sparkle. The silhouette sits compact against the ear, the kind of profile that reads as considered and unhurried rather than demonstrative. Wear the green-stoned pair with a silk chanderi kurta in ivory or soft mustard at a daytime festive gathering; the red variant belongs beside a Benarasi weave at a wedding mehendi or intimate family celebration, where warmth of colour is welcomed. Available in free size, these earrings suit most ear placements without adjustment. The brass construction keeps them lighter than equivalent silver or gold pieces, making them comfortable across longer occasions. The finish is sealed against daily wear, and the closure is designed for easy handling without losing its hold through an evening of movement.
