Description

A bracelet that speaks quietly, and says everything worth saying. Wrought in sterling silver and set with an arc of multiple gemstones, this bracelet draws from a long tradition of Indian silversmithing in which colour and metal are held in careful conversation. The stones, each individually secured in close-set silver bezels, catch light differently as the wrist moves, suggesting the unhurried work of a craftsman who understands that a silver setting must grip without overwhelming. Sterling silver, with its cool, satin-bright finish, has been the chosen medium of artisans across Rajasthan and Bengal for generations, valued precisely because it allows gemstone colour to read with clarity. At 16 grams, the bracelet carries a perceptible weight, the kind that reminds the wearer it is there without becoming a burden. Worn against a silk kurta in cream or ivory, the multicolour stones introduce the only note of festivity the outfit needs. For diaspora occasions, a formal sari blouse or a structured black evening jacket becomes the ideal foil, letting the silver and its stones hold the eye alone. At 7.75 inches (approximately 19.7 cm) in length, the bracelet is designed as a free-size piece that drapes naturally across most wrists. The sterling silver will develop a gentle patina over time, one that deepens the character of the piece. A soft cloth restores the brightness whenever preferred.
