There is something unhurried about the sea, and this earring carries that quality in silver. Drawn from the timeless vocabulary of coastal Indian ornament, the shell motif here is rendered in sterling silver, its surface shaped to echo the gentle spiral and ribbed architecture of a natural conch. Shell forms appear across the jewellery traditions of Bengal and the temple-craft lineages of Nagercoil, where nature's geometry has always been considered sacred geometry. The gemstone set at the centre, catching light with quiet insistence, anchors the organic silhouette with a point of colour, the stone nestled into its silver bezel the way a pearl rests inside a living shell.
