Description

There are necklaces, and then there are declarations. The Rajwadi Raani Haar speaks in the old tongue of Rajputana, where jewellery was never ornament alone but armour, status and devotion all at once. Worked in brass and finished to a warm antique gold, this multi-strand haar falls in layered cascades that recall the treasury rooms of Jodhpur and Jaipur havelis. Each strand carries carefully set stones in the vivid, saturated palette that defines the Rajwadi aesthetic, colours that read as unapologetically royal under both daylight and candlelight. The accompanying earrings, measuring approximately 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) in height and 0.6 inches (1.5 cm) in width, echo the necklace's layered geometry and complete the set with a coherence that speaks of considered design rather than afterthought. At 104 grams, the piece holds genuine weight and presence. Wear it over a deep-toned Banarasi silk saree for a wedding reception and let the brass catch the diyas; or pair it with a simple ivory anarkali for a mehendi morning, where the necklace becomes the entire story of the look. The necklace set measures 19 inches (48.3 cm) in length and closes with an adjustable dori, accommodating most necklines without alteration. The brass construction keeps the piece accessible for extended wear across a long ceremonial day, while the antique finish resists tarnishing with minimal care.
