Description
Rajputana grandeur, distilled into a single layered choker and the earrings that complete it. Rooted in the Kundan tradition of Jaipur, this bridal choker is set on a copper base, the metal providing both the weight and the warmth that Kundan setting demands. Uncut glass stones, pressed and sealed into their gold-foiled bezels in the manner of classical Rajwadi jewellery, catch light with an almost liquid depth. Vivid green bead drops hang from the lower edge of the choker and mirror the drops suspended from each earring, tying the set into a single visual grammar. The choker measures approximately 26.4 cm in length and 13.2 cm in width; the earrings stand 8.9 cm tall and 2.5 cm wide. The full set weighs 194 grams, a presence that reads as regal rather than heavy. An adjustable dori at the back ensures the choker sits correctly at the collarbone across a range of necklines. Wear this set with an ivory silk lehenga and the green beads will anchor the entire palette. It is equally commanding over a deep red or burgundy bridal sherwani-style blouse with intricate zardozi work, where the Kundan speaks the same ornate language. The adjustable dori means one fit suits most, and the copper base keeps the piece stable without flexing. Store flat, away from moisture, and the foiled stone settings will hold their mirror-bright finish through the ceremonies that matter most.
