There is something quietly lunar about the way a rainbow moonstone holds light. Set in sterling silver, this bracelet arranges its stones in a continuous line along a flexible, linked band, each oval cabochon cradled in a clean bezel setting that lets the adularescence speak for itself. Rainbow moonstone earns its name honestly: beneath its milky white surface, blue and violet light shifts with every movement of the wrist, a phenomenon no cutter can fully predict and no two stones replicate. Sterling silver is the right companion here, its cool, matte-bright finish neither competing with nor overwhelming the stones. The bracelet runs to 7.5 inches (approximately 19 centimetres) in length and is offered in a single free size designed to rest gracefully on most wrists.
