This necklace and earring set carries the quiet confidence of Rajasthani Polki work rendered in brass, a tradition in which uncut stones are set flat against the metal so that their raw luminosity is never diminished by the cutter's wheel. Each Polki fragment is nestled within a hand-pressed brass frame that traces floral and geometric registers, the kind of motif vocabulary Jaipur's karigars have refined across generations. Pearl drops hang from the lower edge of both the necklace and the earrings, their cool ivory weight balancing the warm, matte gold of the brass. The adjustable dori closure means the necklace can sit at the collarbone or rest against the sternum, and the full set weighs fifty-five grams, present without burden. Wear it over a tissue silk kurta in dusty rose for a mehendi or a day wedding, where it reads as considered rather than costumed.
