There are stones that carry the earth inside them, unsmoothed and unapologetic. This sterling silver necklace is built around a raw chrome tourmaline, left deliberately rugged rather than faceted or cabochon-polished, so the stone's deep forest-green interior reads as something closer to geology than jewellery. The setting is crafted to follow the natural contours of the crystal, with the silverwork pressed close and oxidised to a warm graphite finish that honours the stone's own darkness. Chrome tourmaline owes its intense, saturated colour to vanadium and chromium rather than treatment, making each specimen genuinely singular. At 69 grams, the piece carries real weight and presence.
