This brass necklace set carries the spirit of a tradition that long preceded the age of precious metals, when skilled craftsmen in ateliers across Rajasthan and Bengal discovered that brass, worked with patience and heat, could hold its own beside gold. The body of the necklace is shaped into a layered, statement silhouette, with densely worked surface ornamentation and a warm, antique-toned finish that deepens with wear rather than diminishing. The paired earrings, each measuring approximately 5.8 cm in height and 2.7 cm in width, echo the necklace's vocabulary of form and surface. A 24-inch (approximately 61 cm) adjustable dori closure at the nape means the fall of the necklace can be tailored to the neckline without any additional fitting.
