Description

There are bridal sets that adorn, and there are those that announce. This multi-strand necklace draws from the grammar of Mughal-era court jewellery, where layered oval stones cascading in close succession were a language of abundance and ceremony. Set in brass with a gold-toned finish, each strand carries oval-cut American diamonds held in foiled, closed-back settings that catch light with the cool precision of fine crystal. The effect is deliberately architectural: the strands lie in graduated tiers, moving together with the weight and authority of a piece that understands its moment. Matching drop earrings, approximately 7.75 cm tall and 3.68 cm wide, repeat the oval vocabulary in a pendant silhouette, while the 11.3 cm maang tikka traces a clean, vertical line from the centre parting. Both blue and purple colourways introduce enamel-like accents that recall the palette of Jaipur's meenakari tradition. Wear the blue set with a deep teal or ivory silk lehenga for a wedding reception; choose the purple against a plum or antique-gold Banarasi for the wedding morning itself.
