Description

There is a certain confidence in geometry, the way a clean angle can carry as much emotion as any floral scroll. This bracelet belongs to the Kundan tradition, a craft whose heartland runs from the ateliers of Jaipur to the older Mughal workshops that first taught India to set stone without prongs. Here, the method translates into a bracelet of precisely repeating geometric forms: flat-faced panels set with Kundan stones, each held in place by the pressed-foil technique that gives Kundan its characteristic mirror-bright depth. The brass base lends the piece a warm, slightly antique quality, lighter in hand than gold yet generous in presence. The stones come in two distinct moods: a saturated emerald green and a deep ceremonial red, each colour reading differently against the polished brass surround. At 30 grams the bracelet has real substance without becoming heavy on the wrist. Wear the green against cream or ivory silk for a festive afternoon gathering; it will draw the eye without competing. The red pairs naturally with a deep-bordered Benarasi or a contemporary scarlet kurta for an evening occasion where you wish the wrist to speak first. The bracelet measures 7.75 inches (approximately 19.7 cm) in length and 0.55 inches (approximately 1.4 cm) in width, offered in a single free size designed to fit most adult wrists comfortably. The brass construction resists everyday wear well; keep it away from moisture and store it wrapped to preserve the Kundan setting's clarity.
