This statement necklace is worked in sterling silver, its body composed of faceted rainbow moonstone set in open-bezel and prong configurations that allow each stone its full conversation with available light. Rainbow moonstone, sourced for its adularescent blue-white flash, is one of the more demanding stones to cut well: the faceting here amplifies that inner glow rather than flattening it, catching light at angles that shift as the wearer moves. The silverwork itself is clean and structural, without the ornamental excess that lesser pieces rely upon. At eighty-seven grams, the necklace has genuine presence and a settled weight that speaks to the thickness of the silver used. The pendant drop extends to four-point-three inches (approximately ten-point-nine centimetres), giving the piece a low, dramatic fall at the collarbone and sternum.
