Description

There are evenings when a single drop of colour says everything. This long necklace and earring set is built around the drop cut moissanite, a stone chosen for the way it fractures light into something close to theatre. The pendant, three inches tall and just over two inches wide (approximately 7.6 cm by 5.3 cm), is set in brass finished to a warm antique tone, the kind of surface that recalls the layered lustre of Rajasthani costume jewellery without mimicking it directly. Drop-cut stones are placed with the deliberateness of Kundan-influenced composition: each facet angled to catch and return the light. The earrings, two and a half inches in height and just over half an inch wide (approximately 6.4 cm by 1.5 cm), repeat the vertical drop motif at a smaller scale, keeping the set in conversation without being identical. Available in green and multi-colour, the palette shifts the mood between contemplative and celebratory.
