Description

A vine does not hurry, and neither does the hand that shapes it. These earrings trace the unhurried logic of a climbing plant: a slender tendril rendered in brass, rising through a silhouette that measures 1.75 inches (approximately 4.4 cm) in height and just 0.5 inches (approximately 1.3 cm) across at its widest. Cubic zirconia stones are set along the vine's length, catching light the way dew catches on a leaf at first light. Brass, long favoured in the craft traditions of Rajasthan and Bengal for its warmth and workability, forms the structural backbone here, finished to hold colour and resist the dullness that lesser alloys invite. The palette spans five expressions: Green, Green Mint, Mint, Mint Pink and Pink, each lending the piece a different emotional register, from the deep cool of a garden at dusk to the blush warmth of early summer. At eleven grams, these earrings carry a quiet presence. Worn with a cotton mulmul kurta in ivory or sage, they become the only adornment you need.
