Description

There are silhouettes that make the air around them feel ceremonial. This bridal Kundan choker set belongs to that lineage. The necklace spans a wide seven inches (approximately 17.8 cm) across and sits at four inches (approximately 10.2 cm) in length, commanding the collarbone with the authority of a Rajasthani court piece. Kundan work, perfected over centuries in the ateliers of Jaipur, involves setting uncut foiled stones into a gold-toned lac core, and here that tradition is expressed in brass, making heirloom aesthetics accessible without sacrificing surface richness. Deep green beads thread through the composition, cooling the warmth of the Kundan panels with a considered contrast. The earrings echo the set's geometry at three and a half inches (approximately 8.9 cm) in height, and the maang tikka, slender at just under three quarters of an inch (approximately 2 cm) wide and over seven inches (approximately 18.5 cm) in length, traces a clean line from the hairline to the centre parting.
