Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Exotic India. We ship to all countries having diplomatic relations with India — including North America, Europe, Australasia, and South America.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, or within the lead time specifically mentioned for the product on the website. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Free shipping on all orders. Orders above US$50 ship via FedEx / UPS / DHL. Orders below US$50 may ship by Registered International Air Mail with limited tracking (10–20 days).

Normal delivery time to US, Europe and Australia is 3–5 business days from the date of shipment. In odd instances a consignment may be delayed due to customs clearance or flight delays.

Order tracking

You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties & taxes

Exotic India is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility. Expected VAT for mainland Europe will be shown in your cart.

Damages or missing shipments

Contact us at help@exoticindia.com immediately if your order arrives damaged or is reported delivered but never received. Save all packaging for inspection. Investigations may take up to 21 days.
